2. Membership Details

Upon subscribing to the Break Free From Fear membership, you will receive:

A monthly live Zoom session teaching mindfulness, breathing, or positivity techniques.
Access to digital materials including flashcards, videos, audio content, and downloadable PDFs.
A new themed lesson each month.
Access to a private Facebook community group.

3. Payment Terms

The membership fee is £25 per month, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

Your subscription automatically renews on the same calendar date each month.

No partial refunds are issued after payment processing.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via your account or by emailing us at [debbie@themindfulmeerkat.com].

Cancellation stops future payments, but access continues until the end of your paid billing cycle.

We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion for any breach of terms.

5. Facebook Group Rules

Access is limited to active, paying members.

All members must engage respectfully and supportively.

Admins may remove members who violate group rules or disrupt the community environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials are the property of Break Free From Fear.

You may not copy, distribute, or share any content without written permission.

Use is limited to your personal and active membership only.
